Withdrawal issues usually happen for one of two reasons:
Incorrect Bank Details: If your banking info is incorrect, we will email you to let you know. Please log in to GetPaid, update your details, and notify us immediately so we can re-process your transaction.
Scheduled Maintenance: We always send advance notice of system maintenance to your email. Please check your inbox or spam folder for updates. We will also send a follow-up email once the maintenance is complete.
