If you have received a confirmation email from GetPaid but the funds are not appearing in your balance, please coordinate directly with your bank’s customer service department. They will be able to track the incoming transaction and provide further assistance.

Tip: You can also reach out to us at support@getpaid.asia so we can provide you with the Transaction ID
